Emotional Support Expert (Live Video)

Be the person someone talks to on their hardest day. Sova experts go live on video and offer real, human emotional support — no scripts, no bots. Set your own hours and work fully remote, from anywhere.
What you'll do
- Go live on webcam and host a welcoming public room where anyone can drop in.
- Provide warm, real-time emotional support in private 1-on-1 video sessions.
- Greet new people quickly and make them feel heard from the very first message.
- Stay present and on-camera during sessions, giving each person your full attention.
- Keep every conversation supportive and non-judgmental — this is peer support, not therapy or medical advice.
- Follow our community and safety guidelines, and point anyone in crisis to the right emergency resources.
What we're looking for
- Conversational English and a warm, patient, genuinely non-judgmental manner.
- A reliable schedule and a stable internet connection.
- A working webcam and a quiet, private space to talk from.
- Comfortable being on live video with people you are meeting for the first time.
- This is a face-to-camera role — clients speak with you on video, so a recent clear photo is required with your application.
