Meth Relapse Journey Again
Hey, I'm feeling pretty lost right now and wondering if anyone out there feels like they're going through the same thing-I feel like I might be the only one honestly

Oh, I'm so bummed to hear about your setback. It doesn't mean all the good stuff you've worked on before disappears or anything, it's just hard sometimes. You know, we've all got our ups and downs. One day at a time is definitely the way to go-no rush! Just wanted to sedn some thoughts your way and hpoe things get better soon.
I just got out of prison, and I was sober for two years after that. But as soon as I came home, everything fell apart. I kept it hidden; no one knows about it, not even now. Some days I really watn to quit cold turkey, but then I'm alone and struggling with my other addiction-sex and masturbation. It's hard because I don't kow how to stop without losing control of my life again.
I had been sober for eleven months but unfortunately relapsed tonight with methamphetamine.
You've been sober for 11 months. A relaspe doesn't mean you're weak. It's just part of the process. It sucks, but admitting the addiction is a big deal
New here, same issues, wanna talk
Yeah, I get what you're saying-it's like when things are going so well, and then sddenly it all feels like falling apart again. It's tough because after a while of doing great, messing up can be such a blow. But feeling bad about it is actually pretty typical, too. It means that somewhere deep down, you still want to make thinngs better for yourself. If you didn't care at all, maybe you wouldn't even bother thinking about it. So pick yourself back up and keep pushing forward, no matter what. You're the king or queen of your own life, so don't let that crown hit the floor.
