Recovering From Porn Addiction
I'm stuck and messed up career-wise and in relationships. Overthinking drives me crazy, only dark stuff now. People think I have a bad rep from college prn addiction. My first girlfriend left cause of it,and people talk shit at work too. Paranoid they're teasing or talking behind my back. Feel like my phone is hacked sometimes. Pushed friends away 'cause they don't support me. Made huge mistakes, can't forgive myself yet.

You gotta forgive yourself. They can't make you feel guilty for stuff you already said sorry for.

I swear, it's like everyon'es bene giving me side eyes and whispers lately. Honestly, when I walked into the office this morning, it felt like they were all talking behind my back, maybe een saying I quit or something. It's super weird because it seems like they know some bad stuff about me that isn't true at all.
Oh man, that's a bummer. I feel bad for you having to leave like that. It's just frustrating when people think they can judge your personal life because it really isn't any of their business anyway. So if someone is being uncool at work in the future and acting all professional but not actually professional with how they treat others, definitely talk to management about it-sometimes you gotta stand up for yourself
