Relationship control issues

I'm stuck with this controlling, manipulative boyfriend. Can't leave cuz of isolation, low self-esteem. He wants me to move in, only texts, got physical last time. Feels like no one else is an option. Hurts me but I can't tell anyone. So messed up.
