Difficulty completing tasks without deadlines

I'm struggling to follow through with tasks that I know I should complete. Can anyone share methods they use to motivate themselves and find the energy to tackle these responsibilities?

I mean, writing lists totally helps me out, i know it sounds basic but like, putting the most crucial stuff at the top and then working my way down works woders for me. Then there's the whole rewarding yourself thing-i mean, after each task you can give yourself a little treat like making your favourite drink and sitting with it for five minutes, savoring every sip. It's all about building momentum, really. Over time, i find myself doing two or three tasks before I let myself have that break. You know, it's just getting into this semi-routine thing, and eventually you start seeing how much progress you're making with each little step forward. Just remember, every small step is a big deal in itself

That's awesome. You know, even the tiniest tasks feel like climbing Mount Everest when you're dealing with anxiety and depression. Giving yourself a pat on the back for those little wins is really smart.

Break tasks into smaller chunks. Limit work time to 15 mins. You'll get stuff done.
