I have been diagnosed with ADHD, but I also experience moments of confusion and paranoia. Could these symptoms be related to another condition?

Yeah, it happens a lot wtih ADHD/ADD. Often comes with other issues too. For ADD/ADHD, increasing dopamine helps, but schizophrenia treatments reduce it. So you gotta choose which to treat or take Adderall during the day and antipsychotics at night. Sorry if you're dealing with this. Only you and your doctor can decide what's best.
