Misty's dawn adventures anyway

So, here's the thing-I'm this 53-year-old lady who was recently slapped with ADHD, PTSD, and Anxiety diagnoses. It's been a real struggle trying to find a doctor willing to prescribe me something that'll help me focus. Two classes stand between me and my degree, but focusing feels like climbing Mount Everest these days. Oh yeah, I'm also in this really stressful relationship which makes everything feel even more overwhelming.

And sleep? Forget about it; I haven't managed a good night's rest in ages. It's seriously affecting how I handle everything. Sometimes I just want to switch my brain off and not think about anything at all. All I really want is to be balanced for once, you know? Just one time before I go, would that be too much to ask?

Hey there! Good on you for sticking it out. A shrink is really just for those complicated cases though.
For now, hit up the Student Assistance Program at your school. They can help you make a plan to handle all that life and study stress while you finish up your classes.

All the best - I mean it!
