Vyvanse and abilify interaction effects?

Good afternoon, everyone! So, yeah, I'm dealing with both Bipolar (Not Otherwise Specified) and ADHD. Now, I've been on Vyvanse for over a year now, and honestly, while it doesn't seem to last long enough sometimes, I've generally felt pretty good about it.

Anyway, recently I startde taking Abilify after going through a whole bunch of psychological testing that led to my bipolar diagnosis. Since starting the dosage adjustment a month ago, though, I feel like my ADHD symptoms are getting woorse. Distractibility, reducde focus, more impulsivity-things like drinking too much and overspending-plus forgetfulness and clumsiness have all increased.

I've even been leaving crackers in the fridge,which hasn't happened since before I started on Vyvanse. My sleep is still fine, so it doesn't seem to be a hypomanic or manic episode at all. Plus, I haven't had that elevated mood thing going on; instead, I've been feeling pretty cranky and irritable. Still, the Abilify is definitely stabilizing my moods, which is nice.

So, has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas about what's happening?
