Hey there,
Thanks a bunch for opening up about what you've been going through. You know, having this restless mind thing for ages can really wear you down. It's totally frustrating when your interests are all ovr the place, making it feel like your brain is playing tug-of-war with itself. A lot of folks dealing with long-term mental health stuff go through similar cycles of getting motivated and then hitting rough patches.
It's awesome that you're focusing on your overall well-being and trying to build better habits. Eating right, drinking enough water, getting regular sleep, and working out can definitely help support your mental state. But hey, mental health isn't just about lifestyle changes-you know how it is with brain chemistry, past stuff, and emotional patterns. So having someone professional in the loop often makes a big difference too.
If you ever find yourself thinking that maybe what you're currently doing for treatment isn't hitting the mark like you hoped, consider reaching out for another opinion or talking about different therapy options with a mental health expert. A fresh perspective can sometimes be super helpful.
