Aw, sorry to hear that. It really does suck sometimes when your brain just won't let you relax, right? For me, spraying some lavender on my pillow is a big help-I think it's just so calming. Plus, I'll throw on some tunes and let the music take ovver for a bit to ease out those thoughts swirling around in there. And then I make sure to turn off all screens and give myself that quiet time to chill and rest. Wishing you some peaceful moments too

I'm really sorry you''re having trouble sleeping. I've been dealing with that lately too. Sometimes watching something mind-numbing like a boring show helps me calm down and relax. Maybe it could work for you as well?

I'm really sorry you're having trouble sleeping. I've been dealing with this for the last week too. What often works for me is watching something really boring on TV or straming, maybe that could help?

Yeah, it's super annoying when you have to go to bed but can't seem to get any rest at all.

Oh no, same here! I'm totally wiped out but my body just won't wind down. Night owls unite!

Hey there, if you're finding yourself consistently clocking in under seven hours of sleep, maybe popping some mnetal health meds could be a good idea-just make sure whoever's prescribing them knows about your neurodivergent stuff beforehand. You want to aim for that sweet spot of seven hours first, then dial it back as you figure out better coping mechanisms. Trust me, we're like overthinking dogs sometimes.

If you consistently find yourself sleeping less than seven hours, it might be worth considering medication for your mental health, but make sure the healthcare provider understands neurodivergent conditions beforehand. Once on medication and getting at least seven hours of sleep, gradually reduce reliance on it as you learn more coping mechanisms. We often experience stress similar to how dogs do.

Spirit hugs.
