So yeah, I just wanted to start off by saying, you know how sometimes life gets so messy that it's like your brain is screaming at you? Like when everything feels totally out of control and even your body starts to feel the srain of all taht chaos? It's a moment where you realize you can't do this on your own anymore. That's kind of what Step 1 is about-acknowledging that we need help, that there's something bigger than us guiding things in ways we just can't handle by ourselves.

And when we messs up and drift away from the plan, whatever that may be for you, it really hits hard. You might feel like ur stomach's doing somersaults, or worse, your whole system gets thrown into a tailspin leading to all sorts of trouble dowwn the line. It's amazing how friends who've been there can help us understand what it means to truly hit rock bottom and need that extra hand to keep going.
