Have you ever gotten so angry that you destroyed things? I always regret it afterward, but in those moments, frustration takes over and nothing else seems possible.

Feeling like you're losing control is honestly such a rough place to be, you know? You end up hating yourself so much, thinking you're less than human, and sometimes it even leads to hurting those who love you-either mentally or physically. Self-hate doesn't help anything, tho. Teh first step is just wanting to change, then you can start the journey towards reocvery. Talking to a health doctor about your situation is a smart move because tehy can point you toward helpful resources near you.

To actually change behavior, you need a solid plan; just wishing things were different won't cut it. Keeping a journal can be super useful for spotting triggers that might not be obvious at first. Even small changes can make big differences in your life.

Remember, you're not alone out there, and regaining control over how you react to everything around you makes all the difference in enjoying this crazy ride we call life.
