Anx attacks
everyday i get more anxious ngl it's 8am here and i couldn't sleep crying bout the future cried even more scared af abt wha'll happen imo life is so hard rtie now in my early twenties and my body shakes from anxiety legs shaking muscles too what do i do guys i feel stuck sob sob

Sorry to hear that. Use Insight Timer for breathing stuff. Got talks and meditations too. Try a hot shower. Seen a doc yet? Not sure about other places but UK has options. Hope your day gets better
Breathe deep, slow down.
Get a meditation disc from Amazon and use it twice daily. It might not work at first but keep going. See your doctor too.
Make the effort, no matter how hard. Only you can do this.
Small steps every day. If you slip up, get back on track. Build breathing and meditating into your routine like meals.
Talk to a doc or nurse in person if possible.
Read these points when you need them.

Although I am older than you, I remember struggling with severe anxiety when I was your age. Back then, I did not understand how the world worked or how to navigate it properly.
