Leaving home sucks. Worried sick about sis, mom, and bunny. Dad and gramps pressuring me to take the job too. Got tickets Wednesday if they find them for sis.

Feeling caring people always have feelings, but sometimes they gotta make tough choices... One has to go, leaving behind important connections... It takes time to adjust and relate... But doubt you'd judge if I had to move or switch jobs and thought I didn't have feelings for the people there... Men just don't talk about emotions as much... But being respectful when moving on doesn't mean you're heartless or that adjusting isn't hard... Life is a series of tough choices, no question... At least you care...

Feel for you, not patronizing... Honestly, everyone does have feelings and cares... I lack the words to really explain it though... Hope you know you're bright... Why are you sad? Or anyone has to go through such stressful times.

I guess yeah, thanks. I'm pretty nervous about it, though.

Hey,

Brig57 definitely hits the nail on the head when they talk about the adjustment period and how much you care about your family's feelings on this. Your dad and grandma are rooting for you to take the job, but at the end of the day, it's all about what *you* want. I'm betting that your life experienes have given you a lot of empathy, which will totally help you connect with people in this role. Taking the job might also be a big confidence boot as you realize just how capable you are.

Just my two cents.

Absolutely, it's totally normal to feel like that. Changing your whole life and yourself? Super daunting, honestly. But hey, you're taking the steps you need to grow and improve, which is super brave in my book. Go you!
