Bupropion Xl 300 Vs Sr 150 Idk Help Plz

bupropion xl got discontinued in the us and now its unavailable in canada from sept 2024 too. pharmacist gave me bup sr instead of xl.

my script was for bup 300xl once a day but they switched it to 150sr twice daily.

that doesn't seem right tho cuz 300xl keeps my levels steady at 300 all day, while 2x 150sr would just keep them at 150 each time. is this correct?
