Dealing With Intrusive Thoughts
hey need help w intrsive thoughts feeling detached from stuff around me cuz i'm too caught up in my head feels bad all day wanna know how to explain this to a doc any ideas? thanks

Intrusive thoughts can be a sign of 4 or 5 different mental health conditions-it's tricky to pinpoint exactly which one it is .
If you haven't gotten a diagnosis yet, maybe bring up your post with the doc. They'll probably ask how things are going anyway, so mentioning the intrusive thoughts could get the conversation rolling in the right direction.
The next step would likely involve therapy to learn some coping skills.
