Escitalopram brand name change and side effects

I switched from the Crescent brand of escitalopram 10mg to Teva about a week ago, and I've noticed several side effects: dizziness, nausea, an upset stomach, headaches, and insomnia. Should I return to the pharmacy where I got them from and explain these issues? They might put me back on the Crescent brand or another one. These symptoms have made it difficult for me to go out again. Thank you.

Active ingredients are identical across brands. Other stuff might differ. Talk to pharmacist if you're worried. Sometimes it's just anxiety about changes. In the end, you know youur body best.
