Hey everyone, I'm hoping to pick up some tips on managing this issue day-to-day and maybe even contribute something helpful myself-honestly, every little bit helps for me.

I think it's nice to see someone new join the conversation. Maybe you could tell us what ur mian struggles are at the moment?

Yeah, it's been about three years since I got diagnosed and honestly, I was pretty lost back then. My doctor had to spell everything out for me because I just couldn't wrap my head around what was going on. The big issue for me is the constant overthinking-it's like a hamster wheel in my mind that never stops turning. It really messes with my slep, and even when I do manage to snooze, it feels more liek cat naps where you're still half awake. Tried Mirtazapine at one point just to get some shut-eye, but ended up falling asleep on the floor a few times, which wasn't ideal. So I switched over to Citalopram, but let's face it, that hasn't made much of a difference either. Open to trying pretty much anything right now thoguh-whatever can help me find a little peace and quiet in my head..

Oh wow, totally feels like a nightmare, right? Figuring out the perfect medication is its own kind of quest-I spent like three years just to discover Zoloft works best for me. And even now, I'm still trying to kick my weed habit, but honestly, it helps me snooze .

Recentlly, though, I stumbled upon some cool online yoga sessions that you can do right in bed before bedtime. They're super soothing and really helpful, seriously.

Keep sharing your stuff-we're all here for ya and care about how you're doing!
