Help needed for accessibility issues

Hey there, everyone! So, I've been dealing wiht broader line personally disorder and mental health stuff for a while now. Honestly, it's rough because even tho I feel down and angry without much of a reason, finding help has been super tough. My GP isn't really getting me the support I need, so I've been calling Bupa's mental health lines whenever I can to talk to doctors. They listen, but I'm still feeling stuck. You know that group chats or in-person sessions used to be a thing, right? That might have helped, but it looks like those options are gone now. Does anyone else feel this way or maybe has soome advice for me? It would mean the world if someone could offer something up-I'm in the Birmingham area and could use all the help I can get.

I've noticed there are tons of threads about bipolar over in the 'Anxiety and Depression' group on HealthUnlocked. It might be super usefuul for anyone going through their own journey of figuring stuff out-honestly, it was a game changer for me. If you're looking for more info, jsut use the search function to dig up some past posts-they have all sorts of good insights.

I think So_It_Goes was just trying to clear things up-maybe a private chat with them would be better?
