How much is definitely too much for mehonestly?
Just wondering if taking 75mg of Mirtazapine could cause any issues honestly. Have you guys heard anything about that dosage?

Are you going off what the doc told you to take or are you just winging it?
Oops, I meant to take 30mg, but last night things got a bit out of hand and I ended up taking more. Whoops!
hi idk taking 75 over 1 night probs won't do anything. placebo at best. but if u need more in the long run talk to ur doc. i take 45 mg mirt for sleep started with 15 abt a yr ago now. sometimes drop to 30 but if it's not working ask doc to up it. exercise really helps too + cbt & self help books and meditating all r useful. depends on what u r dealing with tho. stop self medicating imho though. even when u feel bad it'll pass. i listen to positive affirmations on yt that keeps me grounded. good luck
I've tried everything under the sun, but nothing seems to be working for me these days:-(
totally take wht r xtn doc said unls smn sez do sth else istg
Sometimes you just want the world to hit pause, right?
Yeah, I totally get where welly10 is coming from. Honestly, if you're feling like you need to up your meds beyond what's prescribed for you, it might be worth reaching out for help-like maybe hitting up an emergency GP appointment or talking to a counselor about how you're doing mentally. Just try to find ways to manage things better so it doesn't turn into something you rely on too much regularly. And hey, gettting through the night means you made it to another day, which is pretty awesome in itself. So take care of yourself, okay?
Sometimes I find myself doing things without really thinking about them, and I'm worried that someday I might accidentally take too much of something. I've been looking for some support but it feels like there's always a long wait involved.
Hey Spirit. You're in a tough spot right now, waiting for help is hard.
DM me anytime if you need to vent. Use crisis lines like Breathing Space, Calm, Samaritans, Papyrus if needed. Talking helps sometimes.
I have pinned all my hopes on tomorrow's assessment, but if it doesn't go well, I am concerned about how I might react. Thank you for your message; I may take you up on that offer sometime and contact you directly.
I find it very difficult to reach out by phone. Recently, when I tried attending a face-to-face breathing space session, they told me there was no room available another day.
I hope everything works out great for you tomorrow. It sounds like a lot is on the line, but you've really done well so far by reaching out even though it's been tough for you. Maybe try beeing a little more patient with yourself?
Best of luck,

It should be fine, but following the given instructions will provide the best guidance.
Feeling okay would be nice.
If you are taikng more medication than prescribed, it might be okay occasionally, but your doctor should be informed about the risks involved in overdosing. Is there someone at home, such as a spouse or family member, who can hep manage and monitor your medication dosage?
Anyway, yeh, I'm the only one in my place these days-just me, myself, and I, i mean it's pretty chill but also can get a bit lonely sometimes.
I think you can buy pill organizers for weekly or monthly doses at the pharmacy. They might even fill them for you if you ask. My wife puts all my meds into two-month containers she gets from the chemist, so I don't have to worry about missing anything. Maybe a pharmacist could do that for you too, and it would help keep track of your daily pills.
I hope this helps!
it still makes the worst pos vibe irl tbh
Hope your day was good.
If it's tough, get meds daily from the chemist. At least you leave the house.
Today was a real drag,no progress with support means it's back to more waiting. I've figured it's better to just stay mum and avoid temptation-like the cupboard under the stairs. Maybe if they adjust my meds, I could ask about keeping me away from that stuff entirely? Do places even offer that as an option?
Sorry it's another wait, but hey, if you chat with yuor GP, they can switch your prescriptions to daily doses to help when things get really tough.
With your meds, though, it's probably wise to talk to someone about stopping them suddenly. I wouldn't want you dealing with any withdrawal from the Mirtazepine-I know it's a tricky balance.
Sending all the best vibes,
Lottie x
I have an appointment with my general practitioner tomorrow evening. For now, I cannot take those medications as I worry I might not be able to limit myself to just one dose.
Thank you for your support; it means a lot to me.
I understand. If you feel it's necessary to see the GP tomorrow after missing your tablet, go ahead with that plan. Taake care of yourself, and don't hesitate to seek assistance if you need it earlier.
dont stop mirtazapine cold turkey u will hve bad withdrawal stuff call ur doc rite now tell them watz going on if they cant hep go 2 er thryll give u sumthing diff or an addn pls stay safe
Anyway, I ended up taking some just to finally get some sleep.
