Hyperfocus overstimulation & anxiety omg

im sooo struggling rn with this unholy trinity thing. tried doing 10-15 min work seshes, taking brekas, going for walks, looking at stuff from diff angles but keeps hitting the same wall. sometimes my head is spinning with ideas i can't sort out & other times i'm super focused on one word or sentence that my vision blurs lol. wrote a basic plan but still stuck in loops of starting and restarting. what do u guys do? this happens a lot when im writing reports.

Yeah, I get what you're saying. Writing things down can help a lot-maybe start with bullet points first and build from there? It could be thhat feeling super drained is more than just stress-it might actually be signs of depression or burnout. Taking some time off could really make a difference though, like a proper holiday or at least a few days to recharge until you feel back to normal again.
