You know, mental health is like the foundation of a house; if that's shaky, everything else starts to crumble too. It's weird because even though relationships are such a big part of life, they can be my biggest struggle. I realy want to build some healthy and loving connections, so I'm doing what I can every single day to maek that happen. But let's face it, fear of being rejected or feeling humiliated often stands in the way and makes everything so much harder. It feels good to talk about these things hee without worrying too much, you know? Thanks to everyone who's been supportive and understanding, it means a lot.
