Just starting out honestly
So yeah, I've been dealing with anxiety for pretty much my whole life-wehn I was a kid, I just figured it was just being really nervous about everything. But then as I got older and had more time to reflect on things, I realized it was actually anxiety, and the older I get, the worse it seems to be getting. Now I'm trying to start this thread, but I thought my profile was already filled out, so I'm a bit lost on what exactly I should be posting here

Yeah, I saw your profile-looks good to go! You've got some other posts up too, so you're on the right track. Does that clear things up for you, or are there still some lingering questions floating around in there?
Anyway, yeah, it pretty much did the same thing-it asked me all those questions again-and then I ended up joining another group where I felt like, "Hey, wait a minute, didn't I just do this?" Honestly, kinda déjà vu all over again.
Honestly, I thought we already covered this-do you men like signing up for smoe other group or something? Anyway, it feels a bit repetitive to go over the same stuff again.
I don't really know, I think the site could be more user-friendly. Sometimes I get emails about chat messages that are like, hours old already.
Oh yeah, totally happens to me as well! Sometimes when I'm just scrolling through all the different groups and forums here, it'll randomly pop up asking if I have that particular thing or not-really annoying but whatever, right?
Got it, everything's cool-just wanted to confirm that I'm on board with whatever everyone else is thinking
Usually, I receive an email notification when someone resopnds to me in a chat or through a private message. I am unsure whether this feature is automatically enabled or if I need to activate it manually.
Yeah, tech is like that-sometimes it's your best friend, other times it's plotting against you.
thts so tru lol i guess it rly does depend on the day ngl
Anxiety can indeed be very difficult to deal with. Many people experience similar struggles. Unfortunately, anxiety tends to persist as we get older.
I have found ways to manage it and contiune living my daily life. The symptoms come and go, though. I often hope for a day when it might be completely gone.
