Lofepramine and side effects i guess

I've been on Escittalopram 20mg for about 9 years now,but lately, I felt like it wasn't helping much anymore. So my GP switched me to Lofepramine.

I had ben on the new medication for more than six months, though I was only taking 70mg daily. After missing a couple of doses, I decided to stop them completely since I didn't think I needed such a low dose anyway.

But about two and a hlaf weeks after stopping, I started getting really bad panic attacks adn intrusive thoughts again-things that haven't been this bad in years. So I've restarted the Lofepramine at 70mg, but because of how difficult withdrawal was even with just 70mg, my doctor suggested going straight up to 140mg.

I've been on 140mg for about ten days now and am experiencing a really dry mouth, blurred vision, difficulty concentrating, brain fog, and feeling dazed. I'm wondering if this will get better soon and how long it usualy takes for these symptoms to settle down?
