Hey, does anyone happen to know about any wellbeing groups in Glasgow, Scotland? I'm trying to find one for someone, thanks!

I run a Wellbeing Group on the Isle of Wight. It's great. People there have anxiety and depression, not pros but we get it. Just chat, color, do crafts. Good to be around people who understand. Worth checking out if you can
