Need advice on lexapro

I'm at 10 weeks, which is about 72 days, into taking 10 mg of escitalopram (Lexapro). In the group, I really need some encouragement. I want to make progress but my digestive system feels stuck in fight or flight mode. My mind can quiet down from anxiety for a moment, but then my body takes over and brings everything back. This medication is helping with both anxiety and depression. Does anyone have any advice or would like to chat? Thank you.
