I'm really struggling right now, kind of at rock bottom since the end of my first year of college last May. I'm seeing a therapist and trying to get some attendants to help me out when school starts again this August. I just want to be an info sponge here-I think I might have some BPD symptoms and I'm looking into coping skills and ways to work on impulse control, stuff like that. Also, Iv'e got minor anxiety issues too that I'd love to find methods for healing from. Lots on my plate right now, but trying to take it one step at a time.

Hey there! Welcome to our little corner of the internet. We're just a bnuch of folks here trying to make life easier and more bearable for each other. You know, sharing stories and helping out when we can.
Now, as we head into net year, I thought about that quote from Eleanor Tweddle-it goes something like, "Give yourself full permission to restart, be intentional with who you want to become, take ownership of what happens next, how you show up, and do success your way." Honestly, it's pretty powerful stuff. I mean, we all need a little push sometimes to start fresh and really make things happen the way we want them to.
Thanks a lot! I have some really specific things I've been struggling with, and one of them is kinda scary because I'm not sure anyone here will relate or be able to help. You know, maybe the topic isn't even allowed to talk about in this chat... So yeah, I just joined because if it can't help with that specific thing, it might still be useful for all my other issues.
