idk if it's schizophrenia tho, but it's porlly stressing u out for rly long bc ur sister has that stuff. gotta read up on it online though or talk to a friend or even ur sis abt how u feel. stay grounded & take deep breaths, get lotsa rest with a good sleep schedule. tehre r also mental healtth hotlnies and peer support warm lines where ppl who've been thru this can help u out. let ur friends kno what's goin on too. good connecions really help during tough times. good luck!
