Side Effects: What Are They?

So I just started on the sertraline 50mg this morning, and you wouldn't believe it, but four hours later I'm dealing with some pretty intense diarrhea. Anyone else feel like they got hit by something right away?

I guess I did that thng, and it'll probably settle down. Just trying to stay hydrated and eating a bit here and there-guess it's those tablets causing all this.

u might get a lot of side effs but they'll chill out eventually imho
