hey guys i was diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression like 5 yrs ago after everything wet south bc of my neighbor. even tho i had drama class n performing arts in college, i always hid it well. my parents r shocked cuz they never saw thsi side of me before. talking to ppl outside home freaks me out so muh. the hot flushes, termors and sweats r driving me insane plus hives dont help either. trying 2 reach my doc is a nightmare. i asked for a med review in aug but havent heard back yet.im on ssri's but think i need something that boosts dopamine instead. been super tired all the time cant focus on anything n never finish chores. gotta nap everyday just 2 reset my brain. writing stuff down is crucial bcoz i forget things easily. think i might be autistic or have add. my fam has adhd and autism so maybe its genetic. any advice would rlly help thx!

Thank you for your response. Public speaking is indeed one of the top fears globally, so remember you're not alone in this. What subjects or hobbies do you genuinely enjoy thinking about? On YouTube, with a private setting, practice creating content that discusses your favorite topics without feeling exposed. You don't need to show yourself; just use pictures or demonstrate activities with your hands. This can help you get more comfortable using your voice.
I agree there might be an ADD or ADHD component based on what I've heard, but diagnosing these conditions along with autism is quite challenging. Many people find ways to manage their symptoms without a formal diagnosis.
Regarding medication changes, it's difficult for anyone who isn't a psychiatrist to recommend that. Consider keeping a journal of your experiences and strategies that work for you. Bring this information when you meet with your doctor. Unfortunately, doctors are currently very busy due to teh aftermath of the pandemic.
What helps you unwind? When journaling, try adding at least a few things you're grateful for each day. This can be soothing and help calm nervous energy.
Best wishes on your journey
