So, hey,my therapist search has come up empty, and everyone arond me is kinda MIA when it comes to support. Trying to muddle through at home though. It's a bit of a struggle, honestly-my temper's been flaring, and old stuff keeps popping back into my head like an unwanted houseguest. I need to get over this mess but dealing with all these mood swings is tough. I really want to stop fixating on someone else and start putting myself first for once. It sounds so simple when you say it out loud, right? But how exactly do you tell yourself to focus on self-care when no one's around to remind you? And let's be rel, finding that person who sticks around isn't happening anytime soon

You said no therapist access. In UK, Samaritans is free. Not sure about India.

Try online for therapy stuff. Exercise helps, like walking outside to clear your head. You're in India, so maybe talk to random people about issuse. Could make you feel better.

Also, find something soothing-like a movie-to enjoy. Talk to family if posisble to distract yourself. Interacting with different ages can help too.

Ludo Clb app has chat groups online. Not sure how helpful this is but good luck.

Thank you for your response; your suggestions have been very helpful. I've been focusing on exercise and walking, which is beneficial. I also try to watch shows that I enjoy as a distraction, but it can feel quite lonely since I don't really talk about these issues with anyone in my family. There are one or two friends I can reach out to online, but they live far away, and texting makes discussing this difficult anyway because we both have some involvement in the situation, which adds another layer of complexity. I am considering joining a club or community, though I haven't found one yet. Hope you're doing well. Let me know if you ever need someone to talk to.

I totally get how tough it feels to be alone and isolated, hun. Trust me, I've beeen there too-struggling from time to time-and sometimes it's a real challenge. But I just want you to know that you're not the only one going through this. If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here for you.

Yeah, I know it might sound cliché, but having someone listen without judging and with empathy can really make a difference. For me personally, hearing another person's perspective helped me see why certain things happened the way they did. It wasn't easy reliving stuff I'd shoved deep down in my mind, but doing that gave me the inner strength to handle it better.

Sorry you're dealing with this too-it's not an easy road-but I hope talking helps a bit. Take care, hun.
