Hey, feeling pretty rough right now. My brain's been on overdrive with all these crazy thoughts bouncing around non-stop since day before yesterday. Plus, my tummy's been playing up too-really cramping me out. Not getting any proper rest either; it feels like forever since I had a good night's sleep. Just hoping if I crash and burn now, maybe I'll wake up feeling human tomorrow

Felt worse with sertraline, more agitated, couldn't sleep. Stopped it. Doc switched to mertazipine. Better but still waking up early, anxious in mornings. Anxiety eases by afternoon.

Oh hey there! Thanks a bunch for sharing that. I was wondering, if you don't mind me asking, why were you on Sertraline anyway?

I guess I'm just really struggling with the side effects from sertraline, but maybe I should stick with it for another 6 or 8 weeks since that's when they're supposed to get better. You know, people say once you make it through that period, things start feeling more normal again. I hope that's true for me too

Yeah, totally agree with that. Just hang on there, they mentioned something about you needing some time for everything to settle in and your brain adjusting too.

I know it's a real grind, but try to hold tight-small wins should be popping up anytime now. By week six, my girl was in much better shape. Her anxiety calmed down, she's sleeping more, and the tummy troubles have cleared up too. That was at 50mg, and we just bumped it to 100mg this week. Crossing my fingers for some good news soon for you!

I've been on 200mg for the past three years now. It really made things so much better, like it pulled me out of this dark place. I take it with 30mg Mirtazapine too. It's helped me lead a moer normal life than I ever thought possible after my breakdown.
