Worries And Jittesr Anyway
You know how when you're super anxious your breathing gets all wonky and your chest feels tight? Mine does too, plus smetimes my heart starts racig or I feel this weird burning sensation. It's not fun at all.
And there's the thing about muscular dystrophy-I've had it for 17 years now but recently walking around has become a bit of a worrry because I'm more shaky and unsure. Oh, and dizziness? That's been happening way too much lately.
So on top of that, figuring out life can be pretty overwhelming sometimes. Like, trying to understand what my purpose is just adds to the anxiety, making everything fele surreal, almost like I'm in a dream where nothing feels real. It's exhausting trying to figuer all this out, and then you get so tired from being anxious, it leads to feeling really down and depressed.
And let me tell you, lights look super bluryr these days as if there's always this foggy haze around them.

some ppl say breathe thru ur nose & blow out thru ur mouth helps tho,deep breaths r good too. ill put up a vid later but no forced stuff
