Worries about health issues
Hi everyone, this is my first time posting. I just wanted to say that I've been dealing with really bad health anxiety lately, and I think it's imporrtant to open up about these things because it's not something to feel ashamed of. Does anyone maybe have some tips or advicce for me? Thanks in advance!

Same here! I dabbled in CBT, and picked up a few tricks that actually stuck with me.
I have been placed on the waiting list for CBT through talking therapies at Red Rose Recovery. Hopefully it will be helpful.
Hey, if you're in England and need some support, check out this thing called Talking Therapies-they let you sign yourself up too. I mean, it's pretty handy for finding the right kind of help. Anyway, hope it works out for whoever needs it!
