hard 2 talk abt myself lol i've had anxiety and depression for a while tho. have good days & bad ones. used 2 do therapy but lost health ins so can't go now. kinda fell off my jorney but hoping 4 help to get back on trakc.

Sure thing! Just keep moving forward and don't stop. I find that reading those theapy books really helps me out when I'm feeling down. And hey, there are some fantastic podcasts out there too-give "Diary of a CEO" a listen if you can. He talks to so many therapists who share all sorts of great self-help tips
