Mental exhaustion right now

Feeling totally draiend all the time. Tried balancing uni, work, money sutff, and family for years. Even with a full scholarship, still feel pressure to work and help financially. Severe anxiety, burnout, emotional exhaustion, hopelessness. Academic performance dropping. Feel like no one gets how worn out I am. Just wanted to say I'm alone in this

Take a little break or evn a mini-holiday to recharge-your mind needs it! Maybe even call in sick if you really need the rest, like, your body will thank you. xx
