A not so exciting life
I'm a retired empty nester who feels like I've lost motivation for most things these days. I have PTSD, anxiety, and depression, but the medication is really making a difference. It's just hard for me to figure out how to work towards my goals anymore. I am determined to keep trying though, and I'm so grateful to have fund this group.

I'm 72 too-this stage of life feeels pretty daunting (and yeah, I've been thinking about reaching out to someone).
Hi there, I think the most important thing is to keep everythig super clean and tidy! Maybe you could look into woking part-time? Or maybe taking some classes at a university or junior college. There are actually quite a few seniors in school, so it might be worth checking out. You could even take a PE class for more friends-forming new connections can be really rewarding.
Oh yeah, it's totally normal-so many of us are right there with you!!
