Walking and journaling are such good practices for mental health, aren't they? I hope you keep them up!

I am struggling to get through this, perhaps because of my stubborn nature and inability to give up easily. There have been times when it felt like things were too overwhelming, but here I am trying a new approach that might be beneficial for me as well as those around me. Growing up in an environment filled with negativity taught me that spreading kindness could potentially break the cycle of negativity. So I try my best to be kind and help others when I can.

I hope you are taking care of yourself, even if it's something small like drinking a bottle of water or eating your favorite comfort food, or listening to music from your favorite artist.

If it matters, I plan to go to bed soon after finishhing my tea and saying goodnight to my corgi.

I am not sure if anyone can relate, but I don't have a single favorite album, though I do enjoy playlists ranging from the 1970s to the early 2000s.

Your perspective on resilience is very insightful, emphasizing that it doesn't mean being flawless or avoiding difficulties. Remember to be kind to yourself during challenging times; you're making more progress than you realize.
