Back To Work Already
So, I took a small break from work-about three weeks-because of some depression stuff. Figured Monday was when I'd get back, but the closer it gets, the more nervous I feel. Yesterday, I spent about four hours hanging out with my mum and sis, and when I got home, I felt totally wiped out-mentally and physically-and now today? Just wanna hide away.
Not really sure what to do for me. Staying off work might make things worse, but maybe I need a bit more time before diving back in.

Hey, I had five months off because of a breakdown and depression-talk to your doctor or occupational health when you feel ready. It's really unnerving at first since eveything feels all over the place. Some people will get it and others won't, so definitely ask for a phased return if you can-I did that and started with just a few days a week. Mental health and wellbeing are huge right now, honestly. Take care of yourself and be super kind to you.
feeling the same omg i cant focus at all. been on and off since aug. only got 3 hrs sleep one wk smh if u hear back from them lmk idk what to do rn
