Hey there, so yeah, today's been one of those days where every part of my body feels too heavy to move, and the world just seems a bit too much to face. Add in some serious anxiety and muscle issues, and it's like trying to climb a mountain while carrying boulders. The thought of going on feels overwhelming, to be honest. Everything just feels exhausting, both physically and mentally, and I'm constantly scared about what's next.

Honestly, don't give up on this here earth because honestly, i mean, you just haven't found your calling yet. Our world is absolutely beautiful to be a part of and you matter a whole lot more than you might think, u know? I love watching uplifting videos on YouTube daily, there are some about depression and lots that bost my spirits every single day. You should try getting out in the sun as much as possible too; it's like fighting a lion just to get out of bed sometimes, but it's worth it. Put your earbuds in, play your favorite tunes, and start walking around-just one blcok or even less at first. I promise you that there are people who see great value in you, they might not understand where you're coming from right now though.

You're stronger than you could ever imagine; it's amazing how much strength we can find inside ourselves wen we really need to fight back against the bles. Let's do this together-if you can summon every bit of energy you've got, sit up, get dressed, brush your teeth and hair, and just step outside into the sunlight for a few minutes each day. A short walk is all it takes at first, but honestly, i mean, those little walks will gradually stretch out longer as time goes on.

Think about it-make sure you write down in a journal how hard these small steps are because they're important milestones, and every day the sunshine will become more accessible and enjoyable. You've got to think positive thoughts; the love that surrounds you is genuine even if others might not fully understand what you're going through right now. Just keep pushing forward and remember, it's okay to take things one small step at a time.

It is usually present throughout most of the day until later in the evening. Occasionally during school hours, it becomes overwhelming, making it difficult for me to concentrate, and everything blurs together.Despite feeling this way at times, I recognize that I have been active and had a good time overall, even when I felt terrible.

It's good to hear that you are managing to enjoy yourself despite your health issues and depression. I know it can be extremely difficult to feel this way, and many others experience similar struggles.
