Bradycardia due to stress and depression

Recently, I've been experiencing seevre fatigue and nausea, with a noticeable paleness in my face. The exhaustion has become so overwhelming that lying down is the only way I can manage it, but unfortunately, I do not get restorative sleep. After being hospitalized, chronic stress, anxiety, and depression caused by family circumstances were identified as the underlying issues. Social services have determined that my elderly father, who is in his mid-90s with multiple health problems and episodic psychosis, does not qualify for a care home placement. My GP has essentially told me that caring for him is my responsibility. Although my pulse remains steady at under 60 BPM, it is still quite low. I am wondering if anyone else has faced similar challenges and how they coped or avoided them. Moving to a different environment would be ideal, but currently, this isn't possible-additionally, when I tried living elsewhere before, medical professionals contacted me, compelling me to return home. Engaging in activities that could distract me is also difficult. Any suggestions you might have would be appreciated
