My English isn't great but I hope you get me. I'm dealing with depression and it's super hard cuz I feel alone. Found this site because I don't know if I can keep going. Maybe I just suck at life. Don't wanna be hee anymore.

Hi there,
I just wanted to say, depression can really make you feel desperate sometimes, like you've mentioned. But I think there's always a chance for things to get better. You reached out here because you want to feel better, and there are lots of people on this site who might be able to help you.
Have you felt this way before? Sometimes when we're alone or feeling isolated, it's like we don't have control over our lives. But coming to a place like this is such an important step and can definitely make you feel less alone-everyone here struggles with something. Connecting through work, going for walks, shopping, talking to neighhbors are all ways to reach out.
What abt your family? They might surprise you with how much they can help when you least expect it. Maybe you could talk to them too if you haven't already. Also, I think reaching out to your GP is a good idea if you haven't done that yet. There are also alternative therapies like the 110mhz frequency that people find helpful for their mental health.
I hope things feel a little better today.
Thanks. Feeling better now. Mom and bro keep me going. They noticed something was off and had dinner at uncle's place-nice. Next day I crashed again. Mom took me out to eat. Still struggling with productivity though. Not working right now, can't even wake up or clean much. Gained weight too. Daily battle. Sorry for bad English, it's my third language. How are you?
Thanks for sharing that, I think.
I hope the love, grace, and mercy of God stay with you and help you to keep moving forward.
Dealing with depression and mental health can be really tough.
You're so strong though, and a real fighetr and survivor.
Please don't give up, and just keep pushing through.
Thanks a bunch! I really am trying, I swear. (Sorry if it's been hard to keep up.)
