Feeling Super Suffocated Honestly

Hey, just had my 30th birthday, and yeah, I'm still living at home with the folks. Long story short, anxiety got the better of me, so I quit my job. Turns out I gotta wait six whole months before they'll even consider rehiring me, which is in Sepptember. I'm hoping everything works out because it feels like forever to wait.

I do have some savings and enough money to move out and either rent or buy a place. So here's the thing-I'm ready for my own space adn just want some peace and quiet. I can definitely manage my finances, so literally any advice would be awesome.

Hey there! Just wanted to drop a quick shout-out and say thanks for posting that. You're totally ready to spread your wings and fly away from home now, honestly. My leaving wasn't exactly smooth sailing; I basically had zero idea what I was getting into, which made everything really stressful.
But here's the thing: when you do decide it's time to move out, make a super detailed plan for all the actual moving stuff-like packing up your room and all that-and then have another one specifically for dealing with the emotional side of things. Add in reminders to check on how stressed you are along the way and set aside some chill-out moments for yourself.
And hey, if going it completely solo feels a bit daunting, maybe look into sharing an apartment or something first as a sort of soft landing spot. It might ease you into independent living without the full-on shock.
Wishing you all the best as you embark on this new adventure! And congrats on starting that job hunt for September, fingers crossed everything goes swimmingly
