Feeling a bit dwn today
I woke up today feeling really down, and these negative and intrusive thoughts have been in my head for a few weeks now. I've been practicing meditation for about six months, but I'm starting to think it might be time to try something new because I can't keep feeling this way. Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Hey everyone, just wanted to say delete delete delete because honestly it's important to remind ourselves how awesome we are. I mean seriously, you're a miracle being, and your meditation game is on point. Calm thoughts come naturally to you, and soon enough, something will inspire you-whether it's a YouTube video or Pinterest affirmations. Just keep experimenting until you find what works for you.
Write down your autobiography and your emotions at the time; it helps so much to see where negativity was lurking and turn that into positivity. Focus on good thoughts and behaviors like being a good listener-it's all about building up those positive vibes. Think of it like making a resume but for your life, highlighting all the awesome things you do!
Using your time wisely by maintaining a consistent schedule for sleeping, eating, and exercising can be helpful. Focus all your energy on recovering and feeling like your usual or improved self.
Negative thoughts upon waking can be mitigated by avoiding prolonged rumination while in bed. Instead,起身并做一些在你身体状况良好时会享受的事情。
Just don't let those negative thoughts stick around, right? Like when they pop up, you can be like "Nah, not today" and kinda just brush them off. For me, it helps to get back to what I was doing before the negativity crept in or imagine those pesky thoughts floating away on a fluffy cloud. And honestly, meditation is legit helpful-find a comfy spot, sit down, and quietly tell yourself "I am callm," "I am peaceful." It's all about finding your zen moment.
