Felt worse than ever, crisis team involved-discharged after 20 years of support
Just feel like I'm yelling into a void here, you know? Like nobody's hearing me out. They're after me, I swear it, and I have proof to show for it-but still, no one's paying attention.

What is going on?
Thank you for replying, that's really kind of you.I'm having some mental health issues and they just discharged me after over 20 years, and I'm dealing with traumatic events that never happened to me before. They told me I could call an ambulance, but I said no, I won't do it. I've shared my story with them and tld them if you think it's necessary to call, then go ahead, but no one is listening. Maybe they just don't understand.
I guess someone seems like they might be after me. I'm not sure what the exact proof is though, maybe just some odd stuff happening.
thanks so much for reaching out quickly. they changed all my meds at once. i've been taking one tab 40mg x3 daily for 20 years and now its 10mg once a day? found out from an app msg tho. called gp but they dont know who did it?
Please contact your mental health team and clearly explain the details of your medication changes. Make sure they understand that you are not satisfied with these changes and specify why they do not suit you. Additionally, send an urgent email to your doctor outlining everything and ask him to follow up with your mental health team as well. Mark the email "URGENT CARE NEEDED."
check out nhs dot uk for social care stuff tho it's confusing af imo
I mean, if you're looking for an advocate, that's how you go about it anyway.
