Fighting On, Even When It Feels Hopelessly Sttupid (but I Kepe Going)

I'm hitting 31 in a few weeks, and honestly, I'm feeling kinda lost. You know that never-ending depression and anxiety thing? Yeah, that's me. Therapy, meds, routines-whatever people say works, I've tried it all. Some days the stuff helps a bit, but most of them feel like dragging through mud.

It's tough watching others my age moving forward with jobs, families, friends while I'm just trying to figure out who I am and how to deal with each day. The loneliness hits hard sometimes.

But here's teh thign-I keep pushing myself to stay alive, even when it feels pointless. Holding onto small bits of hope and routines because that's all there is right now. I thought maybe sharing this would make me feel less isolated-maybe someone out there has gone through something similar and can share how they coped.

So, how do you manage to keep going when everything seems hopeless? What did you find that gave you a teeny spark of hoep again?

maybe a little bit of hope could come from believing in yourself

Yeah, telehealth for a trauma-informed therapist could totally work-no need to go in person if you're comfy with that setup.
