Flu Struggles With Mental Health Diagnosis

Since I got diagnosed back in 2021, I haven't caught the flu like I used to. But here's the weird twist-I now have these bizarre sneezing issues where I'll either lose my sneeze mid-stream or build up a false one that feels worse when I need to sneeze. It's been an interesting journey trying not to snort everywhere!
