Sometimes the holidays can feel really lonely even when they're supposed to be happy times, right? I totally get feelig down this time of year. Deos anyone else struggle with the same thing?

Yeah, I get what you're saying. For me, a less-than-sunny home life made Christmas feel like just another day on the calendar. Same deal with New Year's-just spend it hanging out with my wife and dog. It'd be cool if I cuold figure out why these holidays don't bring that festive buzz anymore, right? Myabe addressing those old issues would help turn things around. Wanna chat more about it?
