Increasing Ad Dose

Hey everyone, I just started taking AD meds for my mood and anxiety about six weeks ago with 10 mg of citalopram. To be honest, it's been kind of a rollercoaster ride emotionally, but things are starting to look up now. My MH practitioner wants me to bump the dose to 20 mg next month-just wondering if that's standard practice or if I should ask more questions about why we're going from 10 to 20?

I'm definitely a patient, not some fancy doctor. Yeah, it's totally normal to tweak your dose up or down based on what you and your doc商量的结果。

Yeah, I get that it's pretty standard for things to bump up like this, but honestly, I'm a bit curious as to why they'd go ahead and increase it if the 10mg version is already doing its thing? I mean, you know what I'm saying-I don't really see how doubling the dose would magically double the results either. Anyway, just throwing that out there because it's been on my mind lately.
