Lost in the darkness-need help
Oh my gosh, life has thrown me a ton of curveballs these last 6 years, honestly. Recently, though, Ive been going through one of the toughest things ever, you know? It's like, nothing brings me joy anymore, and I end up crying alomst all day long. Thankfully, I'm still at my job, but even then, during my calls, I'm barely holding it together most of the time.

Feel free to post whenever you need support. Many of us have experienced difficult times and understand how challenging it can be-whether you've cried a lot or held in your emotions. Seeking help from a therapist can be beneficial as it allows you to address these issues and move forward. Here, you can find assistance around the clock and throughout the week, no matter where you are in the world, so there's always someone available when you need them.
Thanks! I'm still waiting to get started with my therapist-we've been trying to coordinate schedules but it's like we're playing phone tag back and forth.
Good luck, and remember that we are here to support you as well. Hugs, friend.
Going through the hardest time in your life... resonates with my being in a catastrophic accident four years ago when I got hit by a three-ton truck while crossing the pedestrian walkway. The pain, the anguish, the loss of independence-it felt all hopelessly impossible at the time. But today? After all the healing and acceptance, plus a lot of change-yes, change-I see my life differently now. It's like walking through a door of possibility and potential. And while it's true that many opportunities may have passed me by because of my age, this transformation has catapulted me into another dimension of awareness and truth. So yeah, I'm learning new ways to be and respond to life.
Your reply sucks.
Sending you lots of love and support, because honestly, seeing others go through tough times makes me feel a little less alone-I'm right there with ya, feeling all the feels. Losing my partner after 20 years and dealing with everything at 65? It's like navigating a whole new world, y'know? Let's hold eahc other up and remind each other that we're not in this alone-trust me, I get it. BIG hugs your way!
